Order Supplies Online

Don’t run low on timecards. Ordering timecards and other supplies is even easier now that we launched our online order form. Go to www.paytime.biz, Client Services, then Supply Order Form. Timecards, racks, power supplies, and power inverters (for mobile clocks) may all be ordered online.

Job Costing & Department Tracking

Yes, PayTime can help you with that. If your company is expanding and tracking your payroll costs (department or job) is becoming more important, we can program your account to accept and track departments or jobs. This option is also normally capable of interfacing with your payroll system. Call PayTime if you want more information.

Additional Ways to Clock In/Out

PayTime now offers several different ways for employees to clock in/out. Take a quick review of the following to see if any of these might help you and your employees save some time and money:

1.   PayTime time clock (using swipe cards). Clock is installed onsite.

2.   Mobile time clock. Clock is typically installed in a car or truck.

3.   Web clock. Clock in/out directly over the Internet (custom ID and password required). This is great for employees who typically work in an office environment.

4.   Voice Clock. Employees may clock in/out on the road or at remote locations by calling 444-WORK. This may be a great time-saver for construction, home health care, maintenance or janitorial workers.

5.   Blackberry. Yes, employees may now use their Blackberry devices to log into one of our custom Internet pages to securely clock in/out.
