Interface

If you’re using QuickBooks to
process your payroll, then you’ll like this new option…PayTime
has developed a QuickBooks Interface that enables you to import
your timekeeping file directly into QuickBooks. This will save
you time and money because there is no longer a need to manually

Accountant
Access
Have you considered giving your
accountant limited access to your AutoTime account? If your
accountant is processing your payroll, then you might consider
giving them a User ID and Password so they can access AutoTime
to generate the timekeeping reports needed to process your
payroll. This could be a great time saver for both you and your
accountant. You may also want to consider the QuickBooks
Interface since most accountants use QuickBooks to process
payroll.
ADP Interface
For our customers using ADP, you
may have encountered an ADP EZPAY limitation. ADP’s EZPAY system
does not have the ability to import other timekeeping files;
however, you do have options. As your company expands and
automation and additional features become more important,
consider ADP’s AUTOPAY platform. It’s more powerful than EZPAY
and it allows our customers to import AutoTime files.
