How It Works...

·         Employees clock in and out by one of two ways:

o        Employees use their PayCards to clock in and out through a AutoTime terminal.

o        Employees use their computer workstation to clock in and out (clock time is based on AutoTime’s server and not the workstation).

·         Each day, during off-hours, your AutoTime terminal transmits all time and attendance data to our secure web server using existing phone lines.

·         AutoTime’s secure web site automatically calculates overtime and lets you make corrections right on the site.

·         Our server keeps track of the punches and does all the math for you automatically.

·         All employee time reports can instantly be viewed online. There is no need to manually add time sheets.

·         You can check the clock activity and run reports any time by using your Internet browser. You may also choose to receive a FREE daily activity report via e-mail.

·         With the AutoTime service, you will never again need to manually calculate time cards.
